We are QubitSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
