We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Staff Social Media Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
