We are CrystalByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Staff Scrum Master to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
