We are QubitSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
What We're Looking For:
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
