We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Staff NLP Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
