We are EdgeCompute, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Staff Motion Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
