We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Staff Delivery Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
