We are SigmaLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Staff Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience with increasing scope and impact
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
