We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Senior Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
