We are NovaSystems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior React Native Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals

- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
