We are SpinCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Product Owner to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Identify market opportunities through user research and competitive analysis
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
