We are TitanByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior NLP Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
