We are NexGen Digital, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior NLP Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
