We are SigmaLabs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
