We are VectorSpace, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior ML Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
