We are KineticDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior ML Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
