We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our product team is growing and we need a Senior Head of Product to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Analyze product metrics and run experiments to drive growth
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
