We are ZenithAI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Design Lead to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria

- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
