We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Backend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts

- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
