We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Senior Android Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
