We are NeuralPath, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior Analytics Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
