We are Arcadia Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Principal Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy

- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
