We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Principal Business Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
