Meridian Labs is a fast-growing technology company building sales tools for modern teams. We are fully distributed and passionate about solving hard problems at scale. As a Principal Account Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our culture from anywhere in the world.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
