We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Principal Account Executive to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop and deliver compelling product demos to potential clients
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated impact at the company or industry level
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
