About the Role

What You'll Do:
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications

What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
