We are BrightPath Systems, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level UI Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria

- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
