We are QubitSoft, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
