We are Quantum Works, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Social Media Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI

- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
