We are PivotX, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Program Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
