We are CrystalByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Product Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
