We are DataForge, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Motion Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
