We are TechNest, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Mid-Level MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
