We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
