We are RedShiftAI, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
