We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
