We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Data Scientist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
