We are Stratos Cloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our sales team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Business Development Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify customer needs and align solutions to their goals
- Collaborate with customer success on seamless handoffs post-sale
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets and contribute to team growth
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
