We are CrystalByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Backend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
