We are Axiom Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Backend Developer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts

- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to deliver projects independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
