What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform

What We're Looking For:
- Solid understanding of best practices in your domain
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
