We are PulseCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Lead Visual Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
