We are GravityCore, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our operations team is growing and we need a Lead Program Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Support resource planning and capacity management initiatives
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep teams aligned on priorities
- Manage cross-functional project delivery from planning to completion
- Own and optimize end-to-end operational processes and workflows
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Document processes and ensure knowledge is shared across teams
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track operational KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
