We are OpenCircuit, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Marketing Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
What We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
