We are TitanByte, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Lead Full Stack Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
