We are SpinCloud, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Lead Brand Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
