We are AlphabyteTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Lead AI Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
