We are Arcadia Tech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Junior Platform Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
- Identify and address technical debt to keep the codebase healthy
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product goals
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
