We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Junior MLOps Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
