We are Helios Dev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Junior Design Lead to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
